Work We’ve Done

When our clients come to us, they have goals.
They have UDS measures to track. They have boards to impress and budgets to reconcile.
They have numbers they need to see to justify a campaign — and the resources used to execute it.

They’re not big on feel-good missions. They want results.
Fortunately for both of us, this is where KineticHealth delivers. Every time.

External Campaign - Vaccinations

Healthcare Literacy in Your Community Our vaccine literacy campaign took "Know Better; Choose Better" to another height. Choosing better not just for yourself or your family, but for others. Studies show that many people who are anti-vaccine aren't familiar with "herd immunity" -- the factor that protects weaker immune systems that can't be vaccinated.
KineticHealth set out to explain why some people can't receive immunizations, and why that makes it all the more important that people who can, do. We hope that bringing attention to the science and safety of vaccines, and providing a reason to talk about the subject, improves health literacy on this critical yet controversial topic.

External Campaign - Diabetes

Healthcare Literacy in Your Community Know better. Choose better. Oftentimes healthcare consumers aren’t fully aware of the impact of their choices. Helping define the impact of such choices as getting thirty minutes of exercise a day, even if it’s just a walk, can improve health outcomes. We believe that when patients know better, and we can make those small steps attainable, they will choose better for themselves. Creating campaigns around public health issues, such as Type 2 Diabetes and Opioid Misuse, that drive steps to positive behavior change, is one of the most rewarding parts of our work.

Internal Campaign - Staff Awareness

Internal Communications for your Providers and Staff Here, we blend our providers’ call to serve with rewards that encourage healthy behaviors among staff. We remind them to screen for social determinants of health; we encourage them to take care of themselves with rest and exercise just as they’re prescribing for patients; we remind them that the organization’s commitment to the health of the community begins with them.

External Campaign - Dental

Community Engagement & Utilization Leveraging the added benefit of improved overall health when your mouth is healthy, we set about to improve community utilization of the twice annual dental cleaning benefit most have with their health plan. Improving awareness of the connection between oral health and general health proved to be the ticket when it came to engaging the community and improving dental care outcomes.

Reimaging Your Brand

A New Look and Feel While we all know that looks aren’t everything, we can’t deny that our digital doorstep (website) has an impact on our image and the patients we are able to attract (or repel). KineticHealth was excited to partner with Life Counseling, Inc as they introduced new services and providers, and enhanced their offerings to patients. The effort to re-engage the community paid off, as complimentary consults converted 75% of new inquiries to new patients.

External Campaign - Opioid Abuse Awareness

KH_website_Work_samples35.jpg

Health literacy in Your Community Relying on providing the facts of the opioid epidemic, and believing that when people know better, they often choose better, KineticHealth set out to bring faces to the statistics. With current data and compelling personal stories, the campaign used traditional and digital media to bring numbers to life in a way that inspired hope — a solid belief in the power of prevention.

Internal Campaign - System Implementation

New System Implementation Sometimes a communications effort for staff and providers blends a call to serve (intrinsic reward), with employment-related outcome (extrinsic rewards). This multi-faceted project required thorough internal communications at a variety of levels, for an even greater variety of purposes: conveying important messages regarding the implementation and timing of a new pharmacy ststem. But intentional communication reaps rewards in the way of avoided chaos. In this case, the transition from one pharmaceutical ordering process to another was seamless, with patients never experiencing a break in a superior experience.

External Campaign - Pregnancy Care

Literacy in Your Community Understanding the demographic that was opting out of prenatal care or postnatal care was critical to the success of this campaign. That’s why we began our campaign with weeks of research and the development of personas to better comprehend the barriers to prenatal healthcare for so many pregnant women. Reaching the target audience where they spent the most time — on social media, in community centers, and at the health center, was essential, requiring the use of traditional and digital media in both Spanish and English

Reimaging Your Brand

Pediatrics Associates Ads Ads strategically placed in local publications drew attention to the integrated health philosophy of a pediatric clinic. Re-engaging the community, using the clinic’s own enthusiastic patients, proved to be a successful way to remind families of existing services, while infusing the new image with a fresh look, feel, and message: We got you. No matter what your health concern is, and no matter where you are on this parenting journey.

Service Line Promotion

Behavioral Health Literacy Using internal communication platforms to reach providers in-clinic and remind them to refer prescriptions of psychiatric medications to the new ARNP, awareness of the new specialist was heightened, and her patient panel grew. Additionally, external communications efforts in the way of billboards, newspaper and magazine ads, posters, monitor banners, patient education booklets, and published articles served to educate the community that not only is it okay not to be okay, but there’s help available.

External Non-Promotion

Be it a recruitment campaign or simple PSA about healthier diet we’ll craft your message to get the best results you are needing.
